Actress Eva Longoria-related a story has gotten Puerto Rico-based Guanabee.com in trouble with the Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD).
In a post about Longoria's involvement with the CW reality show H8R, in which celebrities confront their detractors, associate editor Marcelo Baez wrote, 'Eva Longoria confronts a bitchy queen who fags out on her and her supposed self-Mexican hate', and referenced Longoria's detractor as a 'dumb loca' (the feminine form of a crazy person). “Both 'fags' and 'loca' are defamatory and inappropriate. I know Guanabee has a lot of LGBT visitors and fans and I wonder why the site would choose to alienate them by allowing the use of this type of language. Ashton Kutcher has been all over the news thanks to this new high profile role on 'Two and a Half Men', but news of his serial cheating is quickly overshadowing his sitcom success.
According to Star Magazine (as broken the The Dirty), Kutcher had a fling with 23-year-old Sara Leal in the San Diego Hard Rock Hotel. Leal's friend has allegedly emailed celebrity gossip site The Dirty to confirm the liaison; according to Leal's friend, 'Ashton Kutcher told Sara Leal that him and Demi Moore are separated and the public doesn't know yet'.
If the tabloid reports are true, then Demi Moore should hardly be surprised by Ashton Kutcher's infidelity; Kutcher spent his sixth wedding anniversary (September, 24) at Fluxx nightclub in San Diego and reports indicate that he was scanning the crowd for a potential hook-up.
The Star Magazine's insider claims that Moore is 'sick of feeling like she can't trust Ashton'. Star has previously reported that Kutcher had a liaison with 21-year-old Brittney Jones after meeting at Hollywood's Lucky Strike bowling alley in July 2010.

Jonah Hill has been working hard to shed the pounds, while battling stereotypes that imply he might not be as funny now that he's lost weight. He tells NY Magazine that slimming down was just a natural part of maturing, for him.
'I was a kid - I was drinking beer, smoking weed all the time - and when I read interviews with myself at that age, it's horrifying! You know, if you had a public record of yourself at 21, you'd sound like an idiot', he says of the unhealthy, but hilarious person he was during the 'Superbad' era.
'Now I'm almost 28, and I'm growing up in front of strangers. So for me, who I was then is a lot different than who I am now. So being healthier came along with maturity', he says. 'And it's hard, because a lot of times people want you to be the guy you were when they met you. And I love doing funny movies, but I want to mature, literally, in how I treat myself. Actor and film producer Brad Pitt and the actors of 'Moneyball' agreed at the film's premiere that the movie is much more than a baseball movie or an underdog story.
'It's more reminiscent for me of what I loved about the '70s films', Brad Pitt told reporters at the premiere, in an interview provided by Columbia Pictures. 'Again, there are some big universal themes here that go well beyond the underdog story. Ideas of value and how we rate ourselves successfully or as a failure, they bring up some interesting questions'.
'I think it's important that everyone who sees it who is not a sports fan, to me says it's a movie about underdogs and a movie about being undervalued and not a movie about baseball', Brad Pitt's co-star Jonah Hill agreed. 'It uses baseball as a beautiful aesthetic backdrop and that's about it'.
'Moneyball' hits theaters on Friday, September 23 and is based on a true story. Pitt plays Billy Beane, general manager of the Oakland A's baseball team, who utilizes a new method of scouting players that mostly involves analyzing game statistics. Hill portrays his assistant, Peter Brand, while Philip Seymour Hoffman plays the team's manager, Art Howe.
The cast returned to Oakland for the premiere, which was held at the Paramount Theater and they did press interviews at the Oakland Coliseum, where the Oakland A's play.
'This was our big goal, to come back here and open it up', Pitt said at the film's premiere. 'The people of Oakland stayed up all night with us for weeks on end to re-create the games, so it's really special to bring it back here. I'm anxious to see the reaction'.
Brad Pitt said that the film had an air of authenticity to it, thanks to director Bennett Miller's decision to use real athletes.

Barry Levinson, who wrote and directed the movie - a coming-of-age comedy that follows a group of friends in 1959 Baltimore - will write the show's book, and was the one that approached Crow about contributing the music.
Sheryl Crow told the Times, 'I was already a huge fan of 'Diner' when Barry first approached me about writing a score for a theatrical retelling of his film'. 'I knew exactly who these men and women were and I feverishly began writing'.
Though this is Sheryl Crow's first foray into the world of musical theater, she has contributed to music (both original songs and covers) to several film soundtracks including 'Point Break', 'Cars', and 'Bee Movie'. Fun fact: She also sang in the short-lived 90s police drama/musical (and sort-of 'Glee' purcursor), 'Cop Rock'. Fun fact part 2: Before she reached fame, Crow was an elementary school music teacher outside St. Louis, Missouri.

Ashton Kutcher's billionaire alter-ego Walden Schmidt made his debut appearance on the first show of the new series - which aired on CBS on Monday (19.09.11) - following the funeral of Charlie's character Charlie Harper, who died when he was hit by a Paris subway train.
Walden Schmidt turned up naked at the home of Charlie's brother Alan Harper - played by Jon Cryer - who was so shocked by seeing him in the nude he dropped an urn carrying the late character's ashes.
According to website TMZ, Charlie Sheen told friends: 'I thought it was the best intro for a new a character on a TV show of all time'.
Meanwhile, Ashton Kutcher has revealed his predecessor was axed from the show after show creator Chuck Lorre suggested he got help for a 'bad addiction problem'.
Charlie Sheen refused, leading to him launching a series of personal rants against the co-creator, including referring to him as a 'clown'.
He told Australia's 2DayFM: Chuck felt Charlie had a bad addiction problem and thought that his friend was going to die and basically did an intervention and said, 'You need to get help because I don't want you to die because I love you and you're my friend.'
But Charlie Sheen refused to go get the help that Chuck felt he needed and it all blew up from there. 'I think there will be a point in time when Charlie looks back and realises he had a friend'.
