Actor, singer-songwriter and musician Mitchel Musso was arrested in Los Angeles over the weekend for allegedly driving under the influence.
The 20-year old Mitchel Musso's black Mercedes Benz was pulled over shortly before 4:00am on Sunday (16th October ) after failing to slow at an intersection where an accident had taken place.
Police officers picked up 'a strong odor of alcohol' after Musso wound down his window - prompting them to carry out a breathalyzer test, which he failed, according to the New York Daily Mail.
'Mitchel Musso's only 20 years old, so technically the limit for him is zero, but he was over the 0.08 adult limit too', Burbank Police Department Sgt. Sean Kelley explained.
The 'Hanna Montana' star Musso - best known for playing Miley Cyrus' close pal Oliver Oken in the now defunct 'Hanna Montana' Disney show - was booked, cited and eventually released from a nearby jail.
Sgt. Sean Kelley said, 'It's my understanding he was cooperative'. 'He didn't have any warrants or any other issues'.
