Model and actress Ali Landry gave birth to a baby son on Saturday (October, 8) in Los Angeles, People reports. Landry and husband Alejandro Monteverde welcomed their new 8-lb son Marcelo Alejandro at 5:40 p.m.

The 38-year-old former Miss USA says, she survived morning sickness by eating grilled cheese sandwiches.
'I was definitely more nauseous - basically morning, noon, and night and eating horribly, like tons of carbs', Ali Landry told People in June. 'Grilled cheese sandwiches, that was my thing'.
Ali Landry and Alejandro Monteverde married in 2006, one year after Landry's marriage to 'Extra' host Mario Lopez was annulled just two weeks after their wedding.
