Jennifer Aniston has denied reports that she is planning to adopt a baby.

Jennifer responded to speculation that she is planning to adopt children when she made an appearance on the Ellen Degeneres show this week, reports USA Today.

In the episode due to be broadcast on Thursday, 3rd February- 2011, DeGeneres started off by asking the Friends star whether she is planning to adopt another dog.
