The star of "The Game" and "Sister, Sister," Tia Mowry, is due to give birth to her first child, a son, in July. The soon to be mom tells People magazine that she's "obsessed" with feeling her son kick in her womb.
Feeling your baby kick for the first time is one of the most amazing, beautiful things I've ever felt, she told the magazine. The actress also says that pregnancy has changed her perception of love. I now know what the word 'love' means, but this goes even deeper than that.
Mowry first announced her pregnancy back in January. The 32-year-old actress married 31-year-old actor Cory Hardict, who has credits from the television show Lincoln Heights and a role in the upcoming film Battle: Los Angeles. The couple wed in 2008 in a ceremony in Santa Barbara.
Mowry's pregnancy is set to be documented by the Style Network for a reality show that is slated to air later this year. She and her twin sister, Tamara, taped the special Tia & Tamera Take 2 for the cable channel in 2010.
Tamera Mowry announced her engagement to Fox News correspondent Adam Housely over the summer.
As for the baby's name, Tia Mowry won't reveal much, only that she and her husband are definitely looking at 'C' names because my husband's name is Cory. She adds, And the meaning that we're looking at is 'warrior' because my husband thinks he's this warrior.
