The Singer Vince Neil 'jabbed' his ex-girlfriend in the shoulder and then shouted obscenities at her while she dined at the Las Vegas Hilton in March, reports Reuters.
Vince Neil has been charged with battery and disorderly conduct for the incident, which occurred in the exclusive Shimmer Cabaret Lounge.
The Motley Crue singer reportedly approached the table of his former girlfriend of seven months Alicia Jacobs and began pointing his finger at her and shouting, according to a report filed by the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police.
Jacobs was dining with two friends at the time, Patricia Mccrone and John Katsilometes, but Vince Neil continued his tirade before 'jabbing' his ex-girlfriend in her right shoulder. Katsilometes, who is a columnist for the Las Vegas Sun, documented the incident in the newspaper the following day.
Vince Neil is now scheduled to attend the Las Vegas Justice Court on 2nd May 2011. It is his second run-in with the law in recent months, having been convicted of drunk driving in June 2010 which led to 10 days in jail.
The rocker's attorney David Chesnoff has signalled that his client will plead not guilty at the hearing.
